By Air: There are no direct flights from Europe or North America but flights connect to Dominica from St. Lucia, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Antigua, Puerto Rico, St Martin, St Thomas and Barbados.
Most guests arrive by air at Dominica's Melville Hall Airport (DOM) on the island's northeast coast. Daily flights to Melville Hall are available via San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) and other international terminals, such as Antigua (ANU), St. Thomas (STT), St. Lucia (SLS) and St. Martin (SXM). European travelers can sometimes get special airfares to neighboring islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe via Air France or British Airways, then take a commuter flight or ferry across the channel to Dominica.

Connections with local carriers such as LIAT are readily available from these island gateways. Private plane transfers from Antigua and Guadeloupe can be arranged for US$650 for six pax.
By Road: Conveniently close to the Melville Hall International Airport, Silks Hotel is only ten minutes drive away. Car rentals can be arranged at Melville Hall - the hotels can assist you in arranging them as well.
